I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

We headed up to Reunion as a family for this run. David and Grant played at the park while I ran. I felt like I cheated- I ran 3 miles then took a 3 min break to watch Grant/drink some gaterade, ran 3 more took another break. Got up to 8.5 miles then met up with David and Grant and we drove back to our neighborhood where I finished up. I hurt so bad. That ride in the car made me TIGHT! 

While on vacation I ate horrible, slept horrible and didn't drink enough water. I feel good about my times today but I wish I wouldn't have stopped so much. I need to start stretchign my hips and hammies more. Oh and tighten up those bun cakes! There is a half this weekend that I would really like to do and see how my pace is.

Just woke up from a nap with David. It felt so great to have all 3 of asleep at the same time!!! Off to play.....
