I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Utah Valley Marathon, June 11

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

Today I ran 1 mile on the treadmill and did 11 miles on the bike which equals out to about 3 miles of running....I think. It felt good to run again but I didn't want to overdo it with my legs. Maybe tomorrow. I also lifted 3 sets of 10.

Ran 2 miles outside in awful humid weather! 20 minute Biggest Loser Cardio DVD.

Lifted and then ran 3.5 miles, felt pretty good but REALLY sweaty. It had been getting pretty muggy lately.
