I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

It's been raining ALL day so I did 2 miles on the treadmill at 9:50 pace. It's kind of nice to have an excuse to go slower and shorter. I have a doctor's apt tomorrow so we'll see what he says.

Ran around Butler for about 18 minutes.

Ran outside this morning, it's getting cold outside which is grrreat! I ran about 20 minutes which is a little over 2 miles. I was pretty sleepy but this felt nice.

Had a late start this morning but managed to fit in 2+ miles. My first mile was in 8:44 and I ran a little over 2 so I'm not quite sure what my splits were. I'm feeling pretty good about keeping my distance between 2-3 right now. I had a doctor's apt today and my doc felt that I should just listen to my body and not push myself...I totally agree. Right now my body is telling me to eat more McDonalds and Dairy Queen....I should probably listen right???
