I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

Definitely enjoying these shorter runs! My blister still bothered me a little and I was super slow on my run today. oh well, I'm trying and to get out there so that's a  step in the right direction.

I planned on getting up at 6 to go running but slept until about 7:45. It was starting to get a little hot on my run and I was very sluggish from not eating anything.

Welp, last long run of the training! Boy oh boy I am NOT prepared for this dang marathon! I didn't stop my watch at all during this run...fixed my shoe, got a drink, fastened my band-aid etc.
