I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

I've had a pretty bad cough, ran 1 mile on the treadmill, I'm still counting it!

I finally decided to go for a run outside! It felt great to be out but boy was I tired and not used to the cooler air! The left side of my chest started to hurt a little and I had to walk during mile 3 for .10 miles so I guess I actually went for 4.1 but that's not really a big difference. I want to get a cover for my stroller so I can start going out with Grant before it gets too snowy and cold.
