Short-Term Running Goals: I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.
Utah Valley Marathon, June 11 Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!
Personal:
David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life! Favorite Blogs: |

This morning was rainy so I waited until David came home for lunch and ran 3.1 miles while he watched Grant. I don't have my splits but my time was 27:25. |

It's been hard getting back into running. I pushed Grant in the stroller today. My knee was really really bothering me.

| | Went running during lunch. My knee hurts SO bad. I've been putting ice on it like all day. Hopefully it will feel better soon. A mile is still a mile though. |
