Personal:
David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life! Favorite Blogs: |

| | This is the longest I've ran outside since my legs started hurting. They actually felt pretty good during the run-I hope they continue to be ok. I was pushing Grant in the stroller so I was a little slow! 1-10:47 2-10:19 3-10:10 .5-4:58 |

| | Ran outside, felt good-felt really really slow but good. Took Grant to the park after our run. He does great in the stroller but I think it's fun for him to get out and run around too. 26:00 |

| | This is the longest I've ran since my legs started bothering me in March. We drove up to a trail about 10 minutes from our house and must have left too late because boy was it hot! David even ran a little while pushing Grant in the stroller. I wanted to quit at 2 miles but David was good at encouraging me and I'm glad I was able to continue. They walked around while I finished and we noticed that Grant's shoes were missing-not an easy task to find but we manged to locate both of them (in different spots of course!) so that was nice. I soaked my legs in the pool after and so far they are feeling good. 1-9:31 2-9:16 3-9:31 4-9:09 oh I had to stop at mile 2 to get a drink and find motivation, then again at 3.5 to fix my ipod. |
