Short-Term Running Goals: I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.
Utah Valley Marathon, June 11 Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!
Personal:
David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life! Favorite Blogs: |

| | Ran on the treadmill at a 10:00 pace. Painfully slow and my legs kind of hurt toward the end but not that bad. |

| | Ran on treadmill 10:00/9:22/9:13, legs are still kind of hurting but getting better. I did have to ice them for awhile today. 20 minute bike ride and long walk with the fam. |

9:40/9:31/9:22 shins kind of hurting but not too bad. after my run i soaked them in the freezing pool which felt great! |
