I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

pushed Grant in the stroller today, kind of hot and hard! I just need to get running again. It's tough to do it a lot but it's a LOT harder to not do it often!

I really didn't feel like getting up this morning (I've been really dehydrated lately....like all month)anyway Grant woke me up so I decided I'd just get out. I'm glad I did! What a cool overcast morning. Meanwhile back home Grant rolled over 4 times while I was gone:( Oh well I'd seen him do it a few times before....oop there he goes. Anyway....it felt really good to get out before my day starts!

Had a good run this morning with Grant in the stroller. Still not very fast but atleast I'm getting out and the weather has been a little cooler. I did a pretty hard leg workout yesterday so they were kind of hurting today.

Nice cool morning. I started out running and about 4 blocks later realized my watch wasn't set right. So I probably went a little more than this. It feels good to get my day started with a run.
