I am just trying to get better at running and be more consistent.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a marathon in 2011 and one day run Boston....I might have to wait until I'm in the 85 year old division to qualify but gosh darn it I will qualify!  

Personal:

 David and I have been married since 2003, we've lived in AZ, UT (BYU, Health Science), WI and now we're back to our roots in CO. We have a little boy, Grant, who was born in 2009. I have never been a runner but like to pretend I am! I'm currently teaching aerobics in my church group and working on becoming a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

I'm pretty much obsessed with Full House, DQ Blizzards and Bajio. Sadly I don't have enough of these in my life!

Today was the first time I ran over a mile in about 11 weeks. My pace was painfully slow but I wanted to make sure I didn't hurt my legs anymore. I felt I could have gone longer but again I didn't want to push it since it's been awhile since I ran last. 10:10 on the first mile and 10:00 for a half mile. Slowly but surely!

Ran on the treadmill at a 10:00 pace. Painfully slow and my legs kind of hurt toward the end but not that bad.

2 miles on the treadmill. 10 min pace. (I'm terrified to push it!) My legs don't feel great but they don't hurt either!
